you say that was your first movie, sweet. most first movies are two stick figures with frame by frame animation, with mostly no sound, or a whole song with out audio optimization, but this was good, props to you! I also like the shape tweens you used in some parts to switch between speech boxes.

Anyways, some things you should do to make this better.

1. Have a button to skip the opening credits, since that part was boring.
2. Have more pictures in the cell phone.

it was great, but....

you need to fix the screen size, it was way to tall (Or not wide enough?) and had major blank areas on the top and bottom.
